HC Packaging has four factories: two in China and two in Vietnam. The network offers different product capabilities and sourcing options under one coordinated packaging relationship. The suitable production site depends on the product, specifications and scheduling.
Combined production capacity: up to 500,000 packaging units per day, depending on product type, specifications and production scheduling.

Development and sampling support
Shanghai R&D capabilities support packaging structure development. Bring artwork, dimensions, material and finish requirements into the discussion so a sample can be reviewed against the intended specification.
Standard MOQ: Molded pulp / bagasse / molded fiber: 10,000 pcs; all other packaging: 3,000 pcs. Standard sample lead time: 24–48 hours. Product and project details are confirmed during inquiry.

Artwork and proof review, production-stage checks, finishing checks and final inspection can be planned against the approved packaging specification. Buyers can request relevant certification, audit and customer-compliance documentation for the proposed product and production site.
Documents and claims depend on the actual holder, site, scope, validity and order requirements. FSC Chain of Custody, for example, applies to an order only when its documentation carries the relevant FSC claim.
