Vietnam Manufacturing Capabilities
The Vietnam Core Factory combines paper packaging production with printing, finishing and assembly. The affiliated molded pulp facility adds fiber-based inserts and trays.
Printing & surface finishing
Vietnam Core: Heidelberg CX104 offset printing, lamination, automatic hot stamping and screen UV.
Cutting & carton conversion
Vietnam Core: automatic die-cutting, folder-gluing, corrugated and board mounting, and slotting.
Box forming & assembly
Vietnam Core: rigid-box forming, case-making, lid-and-base box equipment and assembly lines.
Molded fiber packaging
Vietnam affiliated facility: molded pulp, bagasse and bamboo-fiber protective inserts and trays.
These Vietnam-specific capabilities are separate from network-wide equipment totals and combined production capacity.

Quality & Compliance for Vietnam Manufacturing
HC Packaging Vietnam Company Limited holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC Chain of Custody, BRCGS Packaging Materials and HACCP documentation for the Vietnam Core Factory, within their applicable scopes.
Certifications, audits and customer-compliance documentation are reviewed by holder, site, scope, validity and project requirements. Core Factory credentials do not automatically cover the affiliated molded pulp facility or every product and order.

- Valid until 9 September 2027. ISO 9001 covers production and trading of corrugated paper, corrugated cardboard, and paper and cardboard packaging; ISO 14001 covers the environmental management system at the Core Factory site.
- FSC Chain of Custody
- TAH-COC-005565 · Valid until 16 August 2031. Cardboard and corrugated packaging, paper bags and food wrapping paper within the registered product groups. Order coverage requires the corresponding FSC claim in sales and shipping documents.
- BRCGS Packaging Materials
- VN014999-1 · Valid until 3 June 2027. Issue 7; manufacturing categories 02 Papermaking and 07 Print processes.
- HACCP
- VN013466 · Valid until 8 May 2028. Conversion of paper trays and boxes used as direct and indirect packaging material for the food industry; applicability follows that scope.

The two Vietnam facilities are part of HC Packaging's four-factory network: two in China and two in Vietnam.
Combined network production capacity is up to 500,000 packaging units per day, depending on product type, specifications and production scheduling. This figure covers the whole network.
Network-level finishing also includes embossing, debossing and soft-touch finishes.
